- Customer data: lead contact details, installation addresses, consumer numbers, and complaint descriptions you enter while using the App.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Location data: GPS coordinates (latitude/longitude) and address — collected when you start a survey, begin an installation, or capture a photo. Location is used to verify site presence and is not collected in the background.
- Photos: images you capture through the App (survey photos, meter readings, installation documentation, before/after complaint images) — stored with embedded location metadata and timestamps.
- Audio recordings: voice notes you record during site surveys.
- Device identifiers: push notification tokens generated by Firebase Cloud Messaging.
2.3 Information from Third-Party Services
- Firebase: we use Firebase Core and Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications. Firebase may collect device identifiers and app usage data as described in Google's Privacy Policy.

- Remote servers: data is transmitted to and stored on the backend server configured at
BASE_URL in the App's environment configuration.
- Firebase: push notification tokens are managed through Firebase Cloud Messaging.
4.2 Data Transmission
- All network communication uses HTTPS via the Dio HTTP client.
- Authentication tokens are passed in request headers and validated server-side.
4.3 Data Retention
- Account data: retained for the duration of your account. You may request deletion by contacting support.
- Photos and recordings: retained on the server until you delete them or request account deletion.
- Local cache: cleared when you log out or uninstall the App.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information.

- The backend server operator: all data submitted through the App is stored on the API server.
